25 miles into his third day of riding, at Coffeeville, Mike came across a group of retirees out of Atlanta who are also riding the Underground Railroad Bike Trail, except with a support van and a much more flexible time schedule. Many of the members in the group had previously taken many long-distance bike rides throughout the nation and even in other countries.
